To Our Beloved Patients:

First of all, we hope you are keeping yourself and your family safe and are taking the appropriate hygiene and distancing precautions.  It is within our power, working together, to flatten the curve and dramatically alter the course of the virus and its effects.

We had initially decided to close the Weymouth office for a short time.  However, your hearing is a constant in your life and your hearing services should be as well.  To better serve you, we have decided to remain open during the COVID-19 pandemic, but with altered hours.  Weymouth will be open Monday thru Thursday from 9am until 2pm for service, supplies and emergency appointments only until such time as it is safe to resume normal operations.  Please visit our website at www.familyhearing.net or our Facebook page for updated information.

  1. We will be staggering appointments to ensure there is no wait and to abide by the restrictions set forth by the CDC.
  2. We will offer curbside service appointments.  Simply call the office to schedule an appointment.  Upon your arrival, call the office and someone will come out to your car and take your hearing aid inside while you wait, and then return it to you.
  3. We can also deliver your supplies to you in this way or mail them if you are unable to go outside.
